BRETT C. POWELL SHAREHOLDER

Since graduating cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, Brett has concentrated his practice on appellate advocacy and trial support services. Brett focuses his practice in appellate advocacy and has successfully argued in the Florida Supreme Court and in all of Florida’s appellate courts. Brett also provides assistance to trial attorneys in drafting and arguing pre-trial and post-trial motions, conducting legal research into hot-button issues, and ensuring adequate preservation of the record at trial.

P. BRANDON PERKINS OF COUNSEL 

After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, Brandon served as law clerk to Florida Supreme Court Justice Raul Cantero and was an assistant public defender in Hillsborough County, Florida. Brandon concentrates his efforts in the areas of consumer and commercial litigation and trial support services.In addition to his private practice, Brandon has accepted appointments as a Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney ad Litem for foster children in the 20th Judicial Circuit.
